Timeframe
You will see a "start" and "end" entry. The "start" includes activity for that entire day and the "end" includes activity up until the last second of the previous day.
For example, if you have:
Start: 2021-02-01
End: 2021-02-05
This includes transactions between:
Start: 2021-02-01T00:00:00 EST
End: 2021-02-04T23:59:59 EST

Success Rate Calculation
The success rate is based on the following calculation:
(amount of customers that passed) / (customer amount) = success rate%
The way we decide if a customer has passed is by looking at their transaction group across all the Veratad services used and if they have at least one transaction that returned a pass result then they are considered a customer that passed. For example, if your company uses: AgeMatch, DCAMS+PLUS and DCAMS (storage) your pass rate would look like:
Customers: 100
___________________
Passed AgeMatch: 80
Passed DCAMS+PLUS: 10
Document Stored: 5
___________________
Total Pass: 95
Success rate: 95% (95 / 100)

Transactions
A transaction is defined by any service query that incurs a charge. This does not include tests or processing errors.

Unique Customers
Since Veratad does not store any sensitive PII, the only way that we can determine uniqueness of customers is by looking at the first name and last name or the reference fields sent in each transaction. Therefore, we take all transactions and put them into groupings based on one of these two methods.
NOTE: The report indicates in the "Customer Grouping Type" field whether the report was generated via "reference" or "name".

Service Level Breakdown
You will notice that the above concepts are included in the overall results, but they are also included in the service breakdown. So, when looking at a report after you see your overall results you will see service specific results that include all of the same data points mentioned above, but only for that service.
Further, in the service level breakdown you will see a transaction breakdown which are the counts of all transactions for that service and their corresponding action and detail results.

Customers Found vs. Customers Passed
There is a difference between a customer being "found" and a customer being "passed". When a customer is found that means Veratad was able to locate the individual in the data base and when they pass it means they were found and passed all of the verification checks i.e. the date of birth matches.

Customers Successfully Scanned vs. Customers Passed
There is a difference between a customer being "successfully scanned" and a customer being "passed". When a customer is successfully scanned that means Veratad was able to recognize the document and extract the data. A customer is only passed when the pass all verification checks i.e. the document is not expired.
